IPO & Fundraising Work
- Lead DRHP preparation — financial due diligence, risk factors, and MD&A sections
- Coordinate with legal counsel, auditors, and SEBI for IPO regulatory filings
- Prepare institutional investor roadshow presentations and Q&A preparation
- Manage book-building process and grey market premium monitoring
- Support post-listing investor relations — quarterly earnings calls and analyst days
Requirements
5–10 years capital markets or IB. CA/CFA/MBA Finance from top institution. Hands-on IPO or QIP transaction experience mandatory. Strong SEBI LODR and ICDR knowledge.
