Your Legal Practice
Advise on M&A, PE investments, joint ventures, and general corporate matters for Fortune 500 and Indian conglomerate clients.
- Draft and negotiate NDAs, Share Purchase Agreements, SHA, and investment documents
- Coordinate legal due diligence — corporate, regulatory, and litigation
- Advise on SEBI takeover code, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance
- Assist on IPO transactions — DRHP preparation and SEBI filings
- Research legal issues and prepare memos for senior partners
Requirements
LLB from NLS/NLSIU/NLU + 3–7 years PQE in a top-tier law firm. Strong corporate law and M&A drafting skills mandatory.
