Your Role
You will own a portfolio of 60–80 SME and mid-market accounts, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Salesmate's CRM platform. Primary metrics are NPS, churn rate, and expansion revenue.
- Onboard new clients and deliver platform training sessions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Monitor product usage and proactively identify at-risk accounts
- Drive upsell and cross-sell conversations with existing clients
- Channel client feedback directly into the product roadmap team
Requirements
2–5 years in customer success or account management, ideally in a SaaS company. Strong communication, data-driven mindset, and experience with CRM tools. MBA is a plus.
Salary: ₹7–13 LPA. Hybrid, performance bonus up to 20%. Best CSM job in Noida NCR.
