Own reliability for core platform services — defining SLOs, building observability, automating incident response, and driving infrastructure efficiency across thousands of Kubernetes pods.
- Define SLIs/SLOs for critical platform services and implement error budgets
- Build comprehensive observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing
- Automate incident detection and response with PagerDuty and runbook automation
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and AWS infrastructure with Terraform
- Lead blameless post-mortems and drive systemic reliability improvements
Requirements
4–8 years DevOps/SRE. Deep Kubernetes and AWS expertise. Strong observability and incident management skills. Go or Python scripting. Large-scale consumer internet experience preferred.
