Your Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, manage payment cycles, perform vendor reconciliations, and ensure timely TDS deductions for OPPO's manufacturing and retail operations in India.
- Process 200+ vendor invoices per week in SAP FI module
- Verify GST (IGST/CGST/SGST) on all invoices and match with GSTR-2B
- Deduct TDS at correct rates (194C, 194J, 194Q) and file quarterly returns
- Perform monthly vendor account reconciliations
- Prepare AP ageing reports and escalate overdue vendor disputes
Requirements
1–3 years accounts payable experience. SAP FI knowledge preferred. Strong GST and TDS understanding. B.Com or M.Com mandatory.
