Deal Exposure
- Build DCF, LBO, and comparable company financial models in Excel
- Prepare pitch books, IMs, and management presentations in PowerPoint
- Conduct industry research and competitive benchmarking
- Coordinate due diligence with legal, accounting, and tax advisors
- Support deal execution with counterparties, regulators, and exchanges
Requirements
1–3 years IB, Big 4 transaction advisory, or equity research. Strong Excel financial modelling mandatory. CA, CFA Level 1, or MBA from top institution preferred.
