Owning Payments at Scale
Define product strategy and roadmap for PhonePe's payment rails — UPI, wallets, and BNPL — driving reliability, speed, and new payment use-cases for India's largest fintech app.
- Own the P2P and P2M payments product roadmap
- Collaborate with NPCI on UPI product upgrades and compliance
- Run experiments to reduce payment failure rates and improve success metrics
- Write detailed PRDs and API specs for engineering teams
- Analyse payment funnel data in SQL and present insights to leadership
Requirements
3–7 years PM, payments or fintech domain knowledge mandatory. SQL proficiency, understanding of UPI/NPCI ecosystem required.
