Your QA Leadership
Lead a team of 8–12 QA engineers, define the test automation strategy, and ensure zero critical defects reach production for a major UK retail banking client's digital transformation programme.
- Design and maintain end-to-end Selenium WebDriver automation frameworks in Java
- Lead API test automation with Rest Assured and Postman
- Implement BDD with Cucumber and manage test suites in TestNG
- Integrate automation with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline
- Mentor QA engineers and conduct quality gates for every release
Requirements
5–9 years QA with 2+ years leading automation teams. Strong Selenium, Rest Assured, and Java. ISTQB CTAL certification is a strong plus.
