Senior Data Scientist — ML & Recommendations

What You Will Build

You will own ML models that recommend the right insurance products to 50M+ users — collaborative filtering, content-based models, real-time scoring, and A/B experimentation at massive scale.

• Build recommendation models using collaborative filtering and deep learning
• Process large-scale user behaviour data with PySpark on AWS EMR
• Track experiments with MLflow and deploy to SageMaker
• Analyse model performance and define offline/online evaluation metrics
• Mentor junior data scientists and review ML code

Requirements

4–8 years data science, strong Python and ML fundamentals, production model deployment experience. MTech/PhD in CS or Statistics preferred.

Salary: ₹25–42 LPA + ESOPs. Best ML job in Delhi NCR.
