Your Role
Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, drive performance cycles, manage employee relations, and act as primary HR advisor for 150+ tech employees.
- Partner with senior leaders on org design and talent strategy
- Lead bi-annual performance reviews and calibration sessions
- Handle complex employee relations cases with fairness
- Analyse HR metrics (attrition, eNPS, time-to-hire) for leadership insights
- Drive DEI and culture-building initiatives across the tech division
Requirements
4–8 years HR, 2+ years as HRBP in a technology company. Strong employment law knowledge, MBA in HR preferred.
Salary: ₹10–18 LPA. Hybrid, Nehru Place. Best HRBP opening in Delhi NCR.
