What You Will Lead
Manage end-to-end HR — talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and culture — for a fast-growing IT company.
- Drive recruitment for 30–50 open positions annually
- Lead bi-annual performance review and increment cycles
- Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance
- Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, and Bonus Act

Requirements
