Your Role
Coordinate air and sea freight shipments for export-import clients — managing documentation, tracking shipments, liaising with customs brokers, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Coordinate international air and sea freight bookings with carriers
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation — B/L, commercial invoice, packing list
- Liaise with customs brokers for clearance at JNPT and IGI Airport
- Track shipments end-to-end and resolve exceptions proactively
- Maintain client SLAs and prepare weekly shipment status reports
Requirements
2–5 years international logistics or freight forwarding. Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and Indian customs procedures. SAP experience preferred.
