Your Day-to-Day
Monitor shipment movements, resolve customer escalations, maintain MIS reports, and coordinate with delivery partners to ensure SLA compliance across thousands of daily deliveries.
- Monitor real-time shipment status and resolve delivery exceptions
- Maintain daily MIS reports in Excel and share with leadership
- Coordinate with last-mile delivery partners for on-time delivery
- Handle customer escalations via email and phone promptly
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvement measures
Requirements
