HR Recruiter — Mass Hiring (BPO)

Your Hiring Role

Close 50–80 BPO associate positions per month — sourcing through Jobkar, Naukri, WhatsApp job groups, and college placement drives, then managing offer to joining.

• Source candidates from job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial screening calls and schedule face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate mass walk-in drives and campus placement events
• Manage offer letters, document collection, and background verification
• Achieve weekly joining targets and maintain attrition below threshold

Requirements

1–3 years recruitment experience, BPO or staffing preferred. Strong communication, multitasking ability, and comfort with volume hiring pressure. MBA HR or BBA preferred.

Salary: ₹2.8–5.5 LPA. Best entry-level HR job in Greater Noida.
